1.3 - Delivery by courier (Martinique)

Any order validated on the site by our logistics before 12:00 (Martinique time) can be delivered in the same day, from 15:00 and before 20:00 throughout the territory of Martinique.

This service is charged between 6.90 euros and 14.90 euros depending on the delivery area (April 2023 rates). It is also necessary to add the specific preparation costs for a fixed amount of 10 euros TTC.

Our company's courier will contact you to specify the place of delivery. Upon arrival, you sign and time-stamp a copy of the invoice.

In case of absence on your part and after telephone reminder of the courier, the parcel can not be represented and it will remain available at the Schoelcher showroom for collection. In case of cancellation of order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.

In case of delay or impossibility to deliver to you in the same day that would be attributable to us, the package will be delivered to you the next day and the delivery will be offered to you in the form of a discount code to be used on our site (valid for 3 months).

The courier is "homemade", so this ensures discretion and confidentiality of the delivery.

1.4 - Additional information

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order.

We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped with special care is brought to the package containing fragile products.
Packages are oversized and protected.

It is recalled that shipments are from Martinique, it is the responsibility of the customer to assume any customs fees depending on the destination of the package.

We would like to remind you that iDYLL.fr is not a dropshipping company, we are independent and have our own stock in France. We ship our products from the France.

Our suppliers have told us that the product is either replenished or out of stock at the manufacturer. You cannot order it on iDYLL.fr but we invite you to contact our customer service to let you know a possible replenishment time.

3 - Return of our products

The return of goods is only by carrier, unless otherwise stated. Any return of merchandise requires the prior agreement of idyll.fr and a return number, which can be obtained free of charge via the Your Account page accessible from the home page of the site. You will receive a return agreement by the means deemed most appropriate by Idyll.fr. In the absence of a return agreement, the goods will be returned to you or held at your disposal. The products are returned at your expense and risk.

We therefore advise you to declare the value of the goods and take out transport insurance. After obtaining the return agreement, the buyer has a period of 7 calendar days to ship the defective goods to the seller. The following information is generally requested: precise contact details, designation of the item(s) concerned, serial number, failure or defect found, and invoice or delivery note number corresponding to the parts described. The goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice and the return number on the package, to the following address:

IMPORTANT!

  • The product you return to us must not have been used, it must be in its original packaging with all its accessories.
  • If the packaging has a seal, it must still be blank. If the product does not have a seal, it must not have been used or tampered with.
  • The lingerie must not have been worn and must be returned folded, in its original packaging. Underwear (thongs, panties, boxers ...) can not be returned to us for hygienic reasons.
  • Wellness and Aphrodisiac products should not be opened.

Regarding defective, missing or damaged products in the package, any claim must be made by email within 48 hours of receipt. No claim made after this period will be accepted.
